Project Overview

Appointed by the Duchy of Cornwall to act as Marine Agent for its marine estate within the waters of Devon. The role entails the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of the Duchy’s marine interests, including foreshore, estuarine, and seabed assets. Responsibilities include the negotiation and administration of leases and licences, environmental stewardship, stakeholder liaison, and the coordination of maintenance and compliance activities across a diverse marine portfolio.
